We provide FD-258 fingerprint card services for employment, licensing, immigration, adoption, agency, and out-of-state background check requirements. Fingerprints can be captured professionally and printed onto fingerprint cards for your submission.
Some agencies, licensing boards, employers, or organizations require their own fingerprint card or form. Bring the card or instructions with you so we can help prepare the fingerprints correctly.
